I asked for the owner to call me back and she was dismissive. I told her she was losing a customer and she didn’t seem to care. That’s absurd! It’s tofu and they charge $10 for chicken!ĭefinitely not willing to accommodate the vegetarians or those with allergies.

When I asked to speak to a manager or owner, she went offline and came back and said they would charge us $17-18 for each box. This time, they just said they couldn’t because:ġ- the chef was too busy with other lunch ordersĢ- it’s more costly for them to do the tofu (Even though they always charged up)ģ- she said we could get there regular tofu teriyaki dish (doesn’t make sense if they make the regular and not offer the bento box) Mind you in the past, they charged us $1-2 extra for tofu and we paid because we enjoyed it so much.
Recently, my girls went to order for take out and they were told. We love their food and the time spent with my teens over lunch.
